Indonesian Telkom eyes up to IDR2trn bond issue in Q2 '10

3 November 2009 - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (JAK:TLKM), or Telkom, considers placing bonds worth between IDR2trn (USD208.8m/EUR142.2m) and IDR3trn in the second quarter of 2010, daily Antara News reports today.
The coupon on the notes will be in line with market interest and demand, Telkom's finance director Sudiro Asno was cited as saying.
The proceeds from bonds, with a maturity of up to ten years, will be used to cover part of the telecoms operator's capital costs. The telecomm will allot IDR19trn for capital expenditures in 2010.
